Our nutritionists have created a menu with foods that are well balanced in terms of protein, fat and carbohydrate content and is abundant with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Yellow marked sandwiches, wraps, salads or smoothies are accessible to individuals that would like to control or improve their cholesterol levels. These items have been designed by our nutritionists to contain good, essential fatty acids (omega-3) and to contain almost no bad cholesterols. Blue marked sandwiches, wraps, salads or smoothies are prepared for diabetic individuals or for those that would like to follow a low sugar, low carbohydrate diet. These are tasty, low-carb options for anyone. Green marked sandwiches, wraps, salads or smoothies are specifically made for individuals focused on weight loss and/or maintenance. These items are made to help people prevent weight gain, promote weight loss, and reach their personal goals. The category includes foods that are all up to or less than only 450 calories per meal.
Our nutritionists and chefs have created menus that are specifically geared for healthy people on-the-go that not only want to eat, but want to eat with a purpose. While there are many fast food type of establishments, there are very few that prepare food that is actually good for you, and none that address very specific nutritional concerns. When founding Mango Mix, we decided to take our concept to the next level and develop a menu that was not only healthy but also allowed people to eat with specific health and nutritional concerns in mind.
